8 QUICK STEPS TO AGING GRACEFULLY

If you care what you consume, if you shop organic, you should also be super conscious of what you are applying to your skin because you are consuming that product no matter what ingredients are in it. Progress over Perfection

If you’ve been following along the SISTAIN journey for some time now, you know we are all about progress over perfection when it comes to sustainability and life. Sharing this to preface this is my ideal evening routine, but I do not do every single one of these thing each and every night. My bare minimum is brush my teeth, wash my face, apply stem cell serum, undereye cream and moisturizer. But I do try to Gua Sha at minimum 4x a week, otherwise I notice a difference in inflammation of my skin.

My Ideal Evening Routine
