One of our most popular “Pro-Chef Collection” cutting boards is the Newton Prep Master. Designed with such great functionality, this cutting board provides you with two different cutting surfaces. One cutting surface features a sloped juice groove that allows all your cooked juices to flow into the stainless steel catch pan. The reversible side is equipped with a flat surface that gives you the option to use for other food prepping ingredients. Transfer these ingredients to a stock pot or a mixing bowl to complete a recipe. Ergonomic handle facilitate easy transport.

Care

- Make sure the cutting board surface is free from any food debris, dirt, oil, or grease.
- Use a good steel scraper or spatula several times a day, as necessary, to keep the cutting surface clean and sanitary. Scraping the surface will remove 75% of the liquids. Do not use a steel brush on the cutting surface.
- With a clean cloth and mild soap and water solution, wipe the top thoroughly until all the debris is removed.
- Wash out the cloth in clean warm water, wring out, and go over the surface again to remove any remaining soap.
- Thoroughly wipe all surfaces with a clean dry towel. Allow residual surface moisture to air dry before reapplying Boos Block® Mystery Oil.
