The Boos Block Platinum Cutting Boards features a 1-3/4″ thick cutting surface. Available in Northern Hard Rock Maple and various sizes for your specific work station. Each cutting board is NSF certified and is ideal for any commercial foodservice usage. The recessed finger grips provides the ease of moving your cutting board around the kitchen. The reversible design allows for a additional cutting surface keeping one side to be used for meats and the other for vegetables. Made in the USA from sustainable Northern Hard Rock Maple.
