Protect your baby’s new mattress and keep their crib hygienic with a GOTS certified organic waterproof mattress protector. Made with two layers of soft, organic cotton jersey on top and bottom with an ultra-thin waterproof barrier in the center, the pad easily stretches to conform and maintain the comfort of the mattress. It features our DrySleep™ technology, which effectively blocks liquids from passing through while allowing some water vapor to escape. This helps to reduce sweating and clamminess, providing comfier sleep and complete waterproof protection. The crib mattress protector also helps to block dust mites and pet dander from penetrating through to the mattress surface, and it’s made without vinyl/PVC, phthalates, butane rubber or other questionable waterproofing materials.

All their mattresses are free of toxic chemicals such as flame retardants, phthalates and formaldehyde. Naturepedic is also taking steps to minimize waste: Their mattress springs are made from recycled steel, to reduce carbon emissions and energy use, and they are in association with the Mattress Recycling Council, which provides nationwide support for the removal and recycling of mattresses to minimize the amount of mattresses that end up in landfills.
