• Machine wash the rug (capacity 13lb or more) separately using a delicate, max 86° F program.
• Do not use a washing machine with a center centrifuge / agitator, as it may damage the rug.
• Use a mild detergent, and do not use softeners or bleach.
• Select low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom poms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washer, as colors may run or stain.
• Tumble dry at low temperature.
• Avoid drying in the sun.We recommend regular vacuum cleaning using a low-power suction mode and a high-pile setting.
• Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessories which may damage the pile.
• We do not recommend the use of floor cleaning robots.
• If you find any long or loose yarns, cut these using a pair of scissors.
• Do not pull the yarns.
• Accessories: Wash by hand in lukewarm water and use a neutral detergent.
